The OB Centre Story
The OB Lulu-Briggs Center of Innovation was conceived in response to a growing need for structured skills development and innovation-led education, particularly within underserved and emerging communities
The Centre conceived by High Chief Dumo Lulu-Briggs in honor of his late father High Chief OB Lulu-Briggs, and graciously donated by Platform Petroleum Limited, is designed not merely as a training facility, but as an institution that nurtures talent, stimulates enterprise, and contributes to long-term development.
